A picture is worth a thousand tire flips

Who knows how many tire flips we actually did yesterday, but it felt like a thousand by the end of the day. Here’s a survey of my battle wounds from yesterday’s Death Race Workout (brought to you by Laurel, Dawn and Chris): severely swollen butt cheek from falling in the parking lot after my log-pulling stap snapped; scratched up forearms; extremely tender forearm muscles; stiff neck, traps and upper back, and a general soreness. My knees are surprisingly okay and I’m glad about that đŸ™‚
